DEDICATION OF PARTIAL REPLICA OF THE THREE SERVICEMEN STATUE, FREDERICK HART'S BRONZE MASTERPIECE, WILL BE JULY 12th AT 10:30 A.M. AT VETERANS MEMORIAL PLAZA IN
 HISTORIC APALACHICOLA            

Water Street Hotel & Marina is one block away (Statue can be seen from hotel balconies).  This is the only replica of a major Washington DC memorial outside of Washington DC. The statue in Apalachicola's Veterans Memorial Plaza will be a regional site to honor the veterans of the Vietnam War and all American Wars.            

Jan Scruggs, the founder of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC, will be a featured speaker at the Dedication. Vietnam-era "Huey" helicopters from Dothan, Alabama will be exhibited.
