Occupancy: Hotel suites are priced for double occupancy. A $20 additional person charge will be assessed per guest for three or more adults occupying a unit. Children under twelve (12) are free. All units include a pull out sleeper couch.
Pets: The Water Street Hotel loves pets and welcome their being included in your visit. The hotel does charge a $25 per night per pet fee to help defray additional housekeeper costs.
Smoking: The Water Street Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located on the property. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in hotel units and on unit balconies.
Cancellation: The Water Street Hotel honors a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Room selection: While the hotel will make every effort to accommodate specific requests for units, hotel staff, and on-line reservations, cannot guarantee the assignment of specific units or location.
